We’ve got one more day of memorable moments from SDCC to share! So follow along as we take you through our adventures from the last day of the con.
Road to 1K Giveaway
An overarching theme of our SDCC experience this year was our road to 1K giveaway! As of Sunday morning we were at 975 followers on IG. We were hopeful we could reach our 1K goal by the end of the day 🤞🏼 We headed over to the Sails Pavilion to see if we could interest anyone in our 1 magnet for 1 follow to get us over the finish line.
I stood right in the middle of the pavilion with our sign. Waves of people would walk by and every so often someone would come up to me and a whole group of people would follow.
People were genuinely supportive of our goal and also appreciated the DIY magnets we made.
We was surprised as it didn’t take long to get pretty close to 1k!
When we got at the cusp of our goal we got ready with a special gift to our 1,000th follow – giving away a large version of the magnet and also giving away our self made SDCC’26 badge holder. Very soon after that, we made it!
Road to 1k achieved!
As of this writing, we had around 1,006 followers. We’re so gateful to everyone who came up to us and we truly hope you enjoy the magents 🧲
It was an amazing con story experience 🎉 Thank you everyone so much!
Sunday Showfloor and exclusives
After all the giveaway excitement, we had a lot more free time to explore the convention and take everything in.
We are hugely fond of The Mandalorian and Grogu so we had to go see Hasbro’s Ultimate (animatronic) Grogu at the showfloor. And oh wow we loved it!
After that we made our way back to the Lucasfilm booth so J-chan could see the actual Grogu and Mandalorian from the movie.
We also got to see baby Rotta the Hutt a.k.a Stinky!
So cute!
Keeping with our Mandalorian theme we headed over to MadCave Studios and were able to snag their exclusive foil cover Mandalorian and Grogu comic book (limited to 500 prints).
The comic book looked super nice and we loved the art!

Whoa by the end of the day we were filled to the brim with con experiences.
