One of the amazing things about California is the variety of things to see, explore and experience. This weekend I was fortunate enough to visit the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Wharf and historic Surf Museum. Santa Cruz is known as one, if not the, earliest place where surfing was introduced to North America. It’s an iconic town just around 30 miles ( 48 km) south of San Jose (Silicon Valley).
